Mix 2 spoons of pepper rasam paste in 200ml of water in a thick vessel.

Boil it for 3-5 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot.

Perfect Paste

Initially I consumed without providing some resting time. I felt something was missing. After some resting I consumed again. It was so good as prepared at home.

After boiling the paste with water. Need to provide some 5 mins resting time to get blend with the taste of the rasam.

Salt contain slightly might be low. Externally can be added some salt while boiling as per your taste.
