Take 3 tablespoons of Mambalam Iyers Health Mix.

Add 300ml milk or water and mix well.

Boil this mixture stirring frequently for 3 to 4 minutes to make porridge.

Add sugar to taste and serve. In case of water, add buttermilk and salt.

Cereals - 88% (Bajra, Ragi, Jowar, Maize, Samai, Thinai, Boiled Rice, Red Rice, Wheat, Barley), Pulses - 7% (Fried gram, Soya bean, Green gram). Nuts - 2.5% (Groundnut, cashew, and badam), 1.5% Sago and 1% Cardamom
